Erik Hernandez

Also known as The Warehouse Whisperer, Erik focuses on industrial real estate.  Erik’s specialties include active tenant/buyer representation, landlord representation, land sales and development and investment sales and analysis.

Erik’s real estate career now spans over 20+ years in the Inland Empire. Erik has achieved recognition for many notable transactions he has been involved with over his career, having been involved in over $1 billion worth of commercial real estate transactions during his career. Erik most recently completed the leasing of the brand new Fourth Street Business Center, a state of the art 3 building, approx. 300,000 SF business center located just east of Haven Avenue and Fourth Street in Rancho Cucamonga, one of the premier corners of real estate in the entire Inland Empire.

Erik is known as an expert in Inland Empire industrial real estate for his knowledge and analysis, and has been a guest speaker and moderator at many local and regional business events over the years, including multiple speaking engagements and keynote presentations with the AIR CRE (Southern California’s premier commercial real estate broker membership organization) Appraisal Institute of the Inland Empire, CREW-IE (Commercial Real Estate Women’s organization), and a variety of local Chamber of Commerce, City Economic Development and business events and organizations.

Erik brings a unique perspective to the review and analysis of the commercial real estate market, having previously directed the market research efforts for Lee & Associates’ offices and another firm from 1995 through 2000, before transition to the real estate brokerage side of the business with Lee & Associates – Ontario in 2000.

Erik graduated with Honors from the University of California, Riverside in 1995 with a degree in Business Administration, with emphasis in Finance and Information Systems. Erik is a graduate of NAIOP’s 2006-07 Class of the Young Professionals Group.

Erik enjoys giving back to the community and is a supporter of several organizations in the Inland Empire. He is a past member of the board of directors for the Inland Empire United Way, and has been a supporter of the YMCA, Chaffey College scholarship award, and has been a coach and certified referee for the local AYSO Rancho Cucamonga Region 65 over the years.
