Craig Evans is the CEO of The Norris Group and an accomplished real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in lending, investing, and business leadership. As a longtime student of Bruce Norris’s market insights, Craig now leads TNG’s next chapter—expanding its mission to empower investors through education, hard money lending, and expert forecasting.
Known for his practical approach and commitment to integrity, Craig helps real estate investors navigate changing markets with confidence and clarity. Under his leadership, The Norris Group continues to deliver high-impact training, resources, and community support designed to help investors build sustainable wealth.
Craig also serves as the host of the Norris Group Real Estate Radio Show and Podcast, where he interviews top industry experts and thought leaders. Through his guidance, TNG remains a trusted source of knowledge and innovation for real estate investors nationwide.

Bruce Norris is a veteran real estate investor, educator, and market forecaster with more than 40 years of experience and over 6,500 transactions completed. Known for his data-driven approach and ability to predict market cycles, Bruce gained national recognition with The California Comeback (1997) and The California Crash (2006), two landmark reports that accurately forecasted major shifts in California’s housing market.
As a frequent speaker and industry thought leader, Bruce has presented at real estate investment clubs, associations, and national conferences, and has shared market insights with organizations such as the FHA and Fannie Mae. His expertise continues to guide investors in making confident, well-timed decisions.
Alongside his son Aaron, Bruce co-founded the award-winning charity event I Survived Real Estate, held annually at The Nixon Presidential Library, which has raised more than $1 million since 2008. Through decades of education and leadership, Bruce remains dedicated to helping “Main Street” investors achieve lasting success in real estate.

Joey Romero serves as Senior Vice President of Operations at The Norris Group, where he has been an integral part of the team since March 2017. With a career spanning over two decades across insurance, nonprofit leadership, and real estate, Joey brings a uniquely broad perspective to his role — one that blends operational discipline with a genuine passion for community and investor education.
As SVP of Operations, Joey oversees the full scope of The Norris Group's day-to-day functions. He leads the marketing strategy across all channels, manages the loan department, and produces and hosts the Norris Group Real Estate Radio Show and Podcast. He also books and coordinates speaking engagements and appearances, and organizes the company's educational events and seminars.
At the heart of Joey's work is his relationship with TNG's investor community — a community that has trusted Bruce Norris and The Norris Group for decades. Joey takes that trust seriously. Integrity is the cornerstone of everything The Norris Group does, and it shapes the way Joey communicates with investors, curates resources, and ensures that every interaction reflects the transparency and honesty the brand was built on.
Since 2022, Joey has also taken on the responsibility of curating the data and producing Bruce Norris's market timing reports — a role he inherited from Aaron Norris, who built and defined that work from the ground up. Trained by Aaron himself, Joey carries that tradition forward with great care, ensuring the reports continue to meet the high standard of clarity and insight that TNG's investor community has come to rely on. He also designs and produces presentation materials for a wide range of industry events.
Before joining The Norris Group, Joey spent a decade in the insurance industry, followed by three years leading a nonprofit program addressing food insecurity in the Inland Empire. He holds both a California Real Estate License (BRE #02038615) and an NMLS license (#1641959).
Joey's commitment to community extends well beyond the office. A dedicated volunteer since 2009, he has served on the boards of Habitat for Humanity Riverside, The Pick Group, YMCA Riverside, and the Riverside Area Rape Crisis Center — where he served two terms as Board President. He currently serves as Fund Manager for the Aaron Norris Creative Fund. It was through this shared spirit of service that Joey first connected with Aaron Norris — a relationship that ultimately brought him to The Norris Group and to the work he loves most: connecting investors with the data, resources, and community they need to succeed.
