For the past ten years, Veros Real Estate Solutions has sponsored the Predictive Methods Conference. Over three days, speakers from top lending and rating agengies as well as people from both private and government institutions, including Wall Street. Those attending will have the chance to collaberate with and discuss with people from all over the industry on topics regarding collateral risk analytics, valuation risk management, and how to use technologies available in the mortgage industry to better help their business. The conference takes place over three days from June 4-6. Bruce Norris will be speaking on June 5 and will be speaking on the topic "Elephant in the Room: Undisclosed REOs adn REOs to Rentals."
