Kristi Cirtwill

President of Cirtwill Investments

Kristi Cirtwill is President of Cirtwill Investments, a real estate investment company. 12 years ago, Kristi moved from Toronto, Canada to Long Beach to start her business. She discovered she had a niche working with sellers with the hoarding disorder, and currently 80% of the houses she buys are completely hoarded. Over the last couple years, Kristi has been building ADU’s (accessory dwelling units) to add value and cash flow to her rental properties. Kristi currently lives in Los Angeles and when she’s not looking at hoarded houses and building ADU’s, she enjoys the outdoors, playing the guitar and driving her 1979 Volkswagen bus.
