Aaron is the youngest son of Bruce Norris and serves as marketing director of The Norris Group. Aaron finds great joy in producing The Norris Group's radio show, planning events and fundraisers, creating reports, helping investors stay in the know, and recently his newest venture, The Norris Group's video blog.
Before working at The Norris Group, Aaron lived in New York City for seven years and Los Angeles for two years. Performing since the age of six, Aaron left for New York in 1997 where he graduated from the New School University in New York City with a BFA in theater and performed in over 60 productions around the world.
Between "gigs" in New York City and LA, Aaron found his second love in graphic design and marketing. Work experience includes numerous years at investment banking firm Lazard Freres, KTU Radio, MGA Entertainment, Clear Channel Entertainment, and several financial and law firms. His experience in merger and acquisition design eventually led him to producing Bruce's California Crash that launched the re-branding and California focus of The Norris Group in 2006. Since then, he has helped Bruce create over eight award-winning seminars and reports including The California "Only" Investor Series, Tip of the Iceberg, and the very popular I Survived Real Estate series that has raised over $100,000 in two year for breast cancer research.
Aaron graduated with his MBA in marketing from the University of California, Irvine in 2009. He is part of the marketing think tank trio Palisoul, Norris + Conroy and produces their podcast The Cocktail Party Statement which dissects business and marketing books to their core message for listeners.
Aaron also volunteers with several organizations and is currently on the Greater Riverside Chamber of Commerce Magnolia District Board, The Public Relation Society of America's Inland Empire board, and acts as an advisor to the Riverside Arts Council. Aaron speaks on technology, marketing, web 2.0, and social media whenever he gets a chance. Recent speaking venues include Microsoft's CRM Dynamics in Atlanta, Pasadena City College, and the Riverside Chamber of Commerce's Business in Action.
