$100K listing in San Francisco.  Finally some affordable real estate in San Francisco.  The NAHB reported builder confidence in the 55+ housing market decreased four points t0 68 in the fourth quarter.  The rental market has seen a shift in the kinds of people renting as more as richer, older, and in larger households.
