Housing Market Forecast 2020

The National Housing Forecast for this year sees lots of ups and downs and housing markets figure how to still function in this pandemic.  The Mortgage Bankers Association reported a 0.3% increase in mortgage applications from last week.  Business Insider gives us the most affordable small towns to live in each state for those looking to escape the big city.
