Is it worth it to live alone?  The Mortgage Bankers Association reported mortgage applications increased 1.1% from last week.  Almost half of those who own a home place on moving in the new decade.

Roommates and married couples living together have doubled since 1995.  According to Zillow, the homes a lot more people were wanting were those in luxury neighborhoods.  Home prices in metropolitan areas increased by 4% in the fourth quarter of 2018.
