I Survived Real Estate is back Friday, November 5th! Last year we crossed the $1 million mark raised for charity with the generous support of our network. We continue this year with funds benefitting Make-A-Wish and St. Jude. The “real estate bubble” articles started a year ago, yet monthly price increases in most areas continue. However, politics, the global supply chain, and pandemic economics have many real estate pros wondering when this all ends. What if prices slow? If inflation soars? If interest rates explode? If Chinese real estate collapses? If politicians target real estate for taxes? Is remote work here to stay? I am thrilled at the content we will get to cover this year.
