The Norris Group’s refinance hard money program for real estate investors is built for California real estate investors looking to refinance properties that are already rented or rent ready. This landlord policy has a three-year term with a one-year prepay penalty. This gives investors the liquidity they need to go purchase more instead of having all their money tied up.

To be eligible for the program, the property to be financed must be rented or rent ready. We can work with self-directed IRA accounts and entities (Corps, LLCs, partnerships, trusts, etc.).
