Looking Back:

Home sales were slowing, but not for first-time homebuyers.  The latest Home Price Expectations Survey from Zillow showed experts expected the U.S. to become a buyers market by 2020.  Home price gains were slower according to the latest S&P/Case-Shiller Index, having increased only 0.3% seasonally and up 6.2% year-over-year in June.
