Education Rebate Program (Education First)
Invest in our California "Only" Investor Series or REO Boot Camp and we'll rebate to you, one point at a time, your entire education investment (minus tax and shipping) when you use us as your hard money lender.
For example, if you purchased the entire series for $3,997 and later did a hard money loan with us for $400,000, we would rebate to you the entire $3,997 investment. If your loan amount is less than the training investment, the next time you do a loan with us, we'll follow the same formula until you receive your training investment in full.
Education Credit Program (Funding First)
Our unique education credit program was launched in January 2009 and is for those that have never purchased or attended the California "Only" Investor Series or REO Boot Camp.
