The Norris Group Rebate and Credit for Education
The Norris Group provides two unique opportunities for serious investors.
Education Rebate Program (Education First)
Invest in our California "Only" Investor Series or Distressed Property Boot Camp and we'll rebate to you, 0.5% at a time, your entire education investment (minus tax and shipping) when you use us as your hard money lender. Lowest points for origination is 2 points.
In January of 2013, The Norris Group lowered it's origination points from 3.5 points to 2.5 points. We've revamped our program to reflect these lower rates. In addition, all rebates must be claimed within two years of education purchase.
For example, if you purchased the entire series for $3,997 and did a hard money loan with us for $300,000, we would rebate to you $1,500. On the next loan, we would use the same forumla to calculate a rebate as long as it's within two years of your education purchase. Our goal is to get you active and investing in the market, putting your education to work.
Education Credit Program (Funding First)
Our unique, California-only education credit program was launched in January 2009 and is for those that have never purchased or attended the California "Only" Investor Series or Distressed Property Boot Camp.
