Angel Bronsgeest

Angel is a full-time real estate investor currently focused on buy-and-hold properties with her business partners, Investors Workshops founder, Shawn Watkins and Sarah Buonora.  She specializes in controlling cash-flowing properties using only creative finance techniques with the goal to use very small amounts of money.

After 4 years, they control 207++ doors all purchased using seller-finance, subject-to, options, and/or master leasing without obtaining conventional financing. With a staff of six, they manage their own rental portfolio as well as managing properties for other investors.
