Andrew Waite
Born in Auckland, New Zealand, Waite worked for celebrity San Francisco lawyer Melvin Belli in aviation litigation and helped design one of the first document and practice management systems for lawyers.
He is a published expert in sales and marketing automation processes, sports marketing, sponsorship and investment. He worked with Arthur Andersen and in technology start-ups and venture capital companies.
He has been involved in publishing since 1987 beginning as publisher at Telecom Library (sold to United Publications in 1997), helped launch Technology Investor as Associate Publisher in 2000. Technology Investor was recognized as the fastest growing paid circulation investment magazine of 2001. Waite founded Personal Real Estate Investor Magazine in 2003 as his 9th magazine title. PREI Magazine is the seventh best sell-through business and finance title in the U.S. and is recognized as the magazine of record for a relatively unserved $300 billion a year segment of individual real estate investment.
