At this boot camp I enjoyed the closeness and interaction of the group. Before coming I struggled with how to find REO brokers to work with. Being able to listen to a conversation Bruce had on the phone with an REO broker and having one attend the class and speak took away any confusion that I had. Thank you.

I was very surprised at the idea of repairing properties for "best value" as opposed to "sparkle and shine." Considering the plethora of properties on the market, I was somewhat confounded to learn that less is more. I think it will help me be more successful in having offers accepted. It will get me in and out of properties more quickly, and reduce the chance of mistakes with more in depth repairs. I enjoyed listening to how Bruce negotiates, he is, of course, light years beyond my expertise and it was fun to hear the logical path he takes. He makes it seem so simple. I really was sorry to see the boot camp come to an end. It was nice to have the small group because it makes it easy to get to know one another and creates more likelihood that some will stay in touch. The knowledge and confidence I gained were well worth the price, even more, dare I say. Knowledge is power, and the Boot Camp delivers!

I liked the video Bruce made on buying at auction, preparing for it, etc. I liked being put on the telephones because that's the hardest part for me and it forced me to do that; now I think it will be easier! I also liked going to the houses and seeing how to price the offers on them and estimating the repairs. I loved Bruce's staff and how great they are with us, and Bruce is great ! It was nice to have such an easy and comfortable atmosphere there.
