The eight year term on the loan provides investors with the liquidity they need to go purchase more instead of having all their money tied up.
To be elligible for the program, the property to be financed must be rented or rent ready. We can work with self-directed IRA accounts and entities (Corps, LLCs, partnerships, trusts, etc.).
